Workshop assets for a bank’s new editorial strategy.
Working with a UX lead and a content strategist, we created personas, customer journeys, and a competitor analysis presentation.
Based on prior research documents, I created personas to help stakeholders empathise and brainstorm for editorial topics.
Customer journey map
Our team wanted stakeholders see all customer touchpoints in order to create a wholesome brand experience. I developed this journey map as a high level stimulus for the strategy workshop.
The bank’s product and editorial pages were in need of renewal. I created a full competitor analysis with examples of trends and best practices. In the end I had the opportunity to present my findings to the client.
What I learned
The deliverables created were widely used by participants in the strategy workshop, helping generate ideas and shaping the content strategy for the year.
